Shipping Policy

How we send the physical pieces — and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. What ships

This Shipping Policy covers the physical items we send — chiefly the Genesis Medallion and made-to-order Store keepsakes. Our digital products — Seals, memorials, and Living Legacy records — are delivered electronically and do not ship; see “Digital delivery” below.

2. Processing time

Each physical item is prepared individually. We typically prepare and dispatch orders within 5–10 business days. The Genesis Medallion, as a struck collectible with a registration step, and made-to-order Store items may take toward the longer end. If an order will take materially longer, we will email you.

3. Carriers & tracking

We ship via tracked carriers. When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

4. Where we ship

We ship within the United States and internationally wherever our carriers reach. International transit times vary by destination and by customs processing.

5. Customs, duties & taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check your local rules before ordering.

6. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay, based on your destination. Any applicable taxes are also shown at checkout.

7. Damaged, lost, or delayed

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it lost in transit, tell us within 7 days of the delivery date (a photo helps for damage) and we will replace it or refund you, per our Refund & Returns Policy. Occasional carrier delays are outside our control, but we will help you trace any package that stalls.

8. Address accuracy

Please enter a complete, correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will do our best to help if a package is returned to us.

9. Digital delivery

Seals, memorials, and Living Legacy records are digital. They are delivered to your account or purse immediately, and there is nothing to ship. Refunds for digital products follow the Refund & Returns Policy, not this Shipping Policy.
